Orders

Order Support

Help with ordering, build updates, changes, tracking and delivery problems.

Browse all topics
How do I place an order?

Start by choosing a Gaming PC or product. Pick any required options, add it to your basket and continue to checkout. You can order as a guest or sign in to an existing Respawn PCs account. If a Gaming PC shows Continue to Customise, use that step before adding the finished configuration to your basket.

How can I check my order status?

Order confirmations and important updates are sent to the email address used at checkout. If you placed the order while signed in, you can also open My Account, then Orders, to see its current status, build progress and any tracking details that have been added. Guest customers can contact support with the order number if they need an update.

What do the different order statuses mean?

Pending payment means payment has not completed. Processing means the paid order is being prepared. Building means work on the PC is under way. Testing means the PC is in quality checks. Completed and dispatched means the order has left Respawn PCs. On hold, cancelled, failed and refunded describe payment or order exceptions; open the order or contact support if the reason is not clear.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Get in touch as soon as you can. We may still be able to make a change before parts are ordered, allocated or prepared, but we cannot guarantee it once work has started. Any agreed change could affect the price, availability or dispatch estimate.

Can I change a component in my PC?

Possibly. Ask us before the build starts and we will check compatibility, stock and any difference in price. Once parts have been allocated or the build is under way, a change may no longer be possible.

Can I change my delivery address?

Updating an address in My Account changes future checkout details, not an order already placed. Contact support immediately with your order number and the correct address. An address may not be changeable after dispatch or once a courier has accepted the parcel.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact support immediately. Eligible standard goods may have cancellation rights, but a custom or built-to-order PC may have limited change-of-mind rights once parts are ordered, allocated or the build has started. Reasonable costs may be deducted where legally permitted; faulty-goods rights are not affected.

When does my PC build begin?

We can start allocating or ordering parts once the order is accepted and payment is complete. When the order moves to Building, work on the PC is under way.

How long does a PC take to build?

We usually dispatch built-to-order PCs within 5 to 7 working days after accepting the order. This is an estimate, and stock, suppliers, testing, busy periods or courier delays can sometimes make it longer.

How are PCs tested?

We check and test every PC before it is packed for dispatch. We do not publish a fixed test-by-test checklist, so ask support if you need to know exactly how a particular build will be tested.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking is sent by email when it is available. If tracking has also been added to your order, it will appear in the order view inside My Account.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

A courier may take time to scan a parcel after dispatch, so tracking may not update immediately. Check again later and contact support if the parcel has passed the courier estimate or the tracking shows an exception.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

Build and delivery dates are estimates. Delays can be caused by parts, suppliers, testing, busy periods, weather, bank holidays or couriers. Check your email and order page first, then contact support with the order number if you need an update.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Report visible delivery damage within 48 hours where possible. Keep all packaging and send support your order number plus clear photos of the outer packaging, labels and damaged item. Reporting later does not remove your statutory rights, but quick evidence helps the courier investigation.

An item is missing from my order. What should I do?

Contact support as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging and a clear list of what is missing. We will check the packing, product and courier records before confirming what happens next.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Do not use or return it without instructions. Contact support with your order number and clear photos of the item, product label and packaging so the order can be checked and the correct next step arranged.

How do I download my invoice?

There is not currently a PDF invoice download in My Account. You can still find the order details there and in your confirmation email. If you need a formal invoice or another copy of the order record, contact support with your order number.

How do I contact order support?

The quickest route is the Support Centre. You can also email support@respawnpcs.co.uk or call 0121 663 1114. Include your order number, account email and a short explanation of what you need us to check.

02

Warranty

Warranty & Technical Support

Warranty questions, technical problems and safe checks to try first.

Browse all topics
What warranty is included?

Your statutory rights always apply. Our Warranty Policy says any additional commercial warranty must have been confirmed in writing when you bought the product, included with it or purchased separately. Check the warranty shown on your product page and order documents, and ask us if the period is unclear.

What does the warranty cover?

If goods are faulty, not as described, unfit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality, Respawn PCs will provide the remedy required by applicable UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, that may be repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Any separate written warranty terms also apply.

What is not covered?

Warranty support does not normally cover damage caused by accidents, liquids, misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, unsupported BIOS or software changes, overclocking or unauthorised repairs. Heavy dust, poor ventilation, malware, normal wear and cosmetic marks that do not affect how the product works may also be excluded, unless the law says otherwise.

Does opening the PC case void the warranty?

Opening the case does not automatically remove your statutory rights. However, damage caused by an upgrade, modification, poor handling, unsupported change or unauthorised repair may not be covered. Contact support before changing parts if you are unsure.

Can I upgrade the PC myself?

Yes, in many cases. Compatibility, power, cooling and physical fit all need checking first, so ask us before making the change. Damage caused by an incorrect or unsupported upgrade may not be covered.

What happens if an upgrade causes damage?

Damage caused by a customer modification, incompatible part or incorrect installation may be excluded from free warranty support where legally permitted. Respawn PCs will assess the fault and any link to the change; your statutory rights for unrelated faults remain.

My PC will not turn on. What should I check?

Check the wall socket, power cable, rear power-supply switch and the PC power button. Make sure any internal transit packaging was removed before use. Do not dismantle the PC or force connectors; contact support with photos or a short video if it still does not start.

My PC turns on but has no display. What should I check?

Confirm the monitor is powered on, set to the correct input and connected to the graphics card outputs rather than the motherboard where a dedicated graphics card is fitted. Try a known-working display cable and restart once. Contact support before opening or reseating parts.

My PC is restarting or crashing. What information should I send?

Note the game or task, any error code, when the problem started and whether hardware, drivers or settings recently changed. Record temperatures if you can do so safely, update Windows and official graphics drivers, then send support screenshots, videos or diagnostic details.

My PC is overheating. What should I do?

Stop demanding workloads if temperatures appear unsafe. Check that vents are clear, fans can breathe, transit material is removed and the PC is not enclosed or against a heat source. Do not change voltages or remove the cooler; contact support with temperatures and the circumstances.

My fans are noisy. Is that normal?

Fan speed normally rises under gaming load, but grinding, repeated clicking or a sudden major change should be checked. Make sure vents are unobstructed and note whether the noise occurs at idle or under load. Send support a short recording if it continues.

My Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is not working. What should I check?

Attach the supplied aerials if the PC includes them, confirm Airplane mode is off and restart the PC and router. Check Windows Update and the motherboard or adapter manufacturer for the correct driver. Contact support with the device name and any error shown in Device Manager.

Windows is not activated. What should I do?

Open Settings, then System and Activation, and note the activation status or error code. Send support the order number and a screenshot. Do not buy another key until Respawn PCs has checked what Windows licence or activation service was included with your order.

A component is not appearing in Windows. What should I do?

Restart the PC, install current Windows updates and check Device Manager or Disk Management without formatting or deleting anything. Send support a screenshot and the exact component name before changing BIOS settings or opening the PC.

My RGB lighting is not working. What should I do?

Restart the PC and open only the lighting software supplied or recommended for the build. Avoid installing several competing RGB tools. If the lighting remains off, send support a photo and the affected fan, cooler, memory or case name before opening the system.

My game performance is lower than expected. What should I check?

Confirm the game resolution and quality preset, update official graphics drivers, close heavy background tasks and check that the monitor is connected to the graphics card. Game updates, maps, servers, drivers and the final configuration can all affect FPS; benchmark figures are guidance, not a guarantee.

How do I update my graphics drivers?

Download the correct driver from NVIDIA, AMD or Intel for the graphics card in your order, or use that manufacturer's official update application. Avoid third-party driver websites. Restart after installation and contact support if you are unsure which graphics card is fitted.

How do I safely package a PC for return?

Contact support before sending anything. Use the original outer packaging and protective materials where reasonably possible, include requested accessories and follow the supplied instructions for internal transit protection. A poorly packaged return can be damaged in transit and may affect the available remedy.

How do I start a warranty claim?

Contact support before returning anything. Tell us when the problem started, what you have already tried and any error messages you have seen. Include the order number and useful photos or videos, and we will explain the assessment and return process.

Will Respawn PCs remotely access my computer?

Remote control is not a standard part of our support service. We may ask you to run checks or share diagnostic information instead. Only follow any remote-access instructions arranged directly with verified Respawn PCs support, and never share passwords, card details or one-time payment codes.

Should I back up my files before support or repair?

Yes. Back up files, game saves, settings, product keys and other important data before inspection, repair, return or warranty work. Testing, drive replacement, Windows reinstallation or a software reset can wipe or affect data.

Build advice

PC Build Advice

Plain-English help with performance, parts, resolutions and future upgrades.

Browse all topics
What PC specification do I need?

Start with the games or applications you use, your monitor resolution, the FPS you want, whether you stream or edit, and your budget. Compare complete specifications rather than one component. The PCs by Game pages and Custom PC request form can narrow the choice.

What is the difference between Budget, Mid Range and High End?

These labels are a quick guide, not fixed price bands. Budget or Entry PCs are practical starting points for 1080p gaming. Mid Range PCs add more graphics and processor headroom for higher settings, faster monitors or 1440p. High End PCs are aimed at demanding 1440p, 4K and heavier creative work. We assign each range manually, so always compare the parts inside the PC as well.

Should I choose AMD or Intel?

Neither brand is always better. The right choice depends on the exact processor, the games or software you use, platform features, power and the total build price. We can help you choose the better-balanced option for your budget.

Should I choose NVIDIA or AMD graphics?

Look at the exact graphics card, not just the logo on it. Compare performance in your games, price, power use, memory, ray tracing, upscaling, streaming and creator features. Our benchmarks can help, and you can ask us if one game or feature matters most to you.

How much RAM do I need?

16GB is a sensible starting point for many gaming systems. 32GB gives more headroom for newer games, heavy multitasking, streaming and creation. 64GB or more is normally for specialist workloads. Check the game and software requirements for your actual use.

Is 16GB or 32GB RAM better?

32GB offers more headroom, but it does not automatically increase FPS when a game already fits comfortably in 16GB. Choose 32GB for heavier multitasking, streaming, modded games, creation work or longer-term flexibility; choose 16GB when budget is better spent on the graphics card or processor.

How much storage do I need?

Add the size of Windows, your main games and working files, then leave free space for updates. A 1TB NVMe drive is a practical starting point for many gaming PCs, while large modern libraries may justify 2TB or additional storage. Capacity can often be upgraded later if the case and motherboard allow it.

What power supply do I need?

A power supply must suit the processor, graphics card, connectors, efficiency, transient load and future upgrade plans. Wattage alone is not enough. Respawn PCs checks the selected configuration and compatible upgrades; ask support before fitting a more demanding graphics card later.

Do I need liquid cooling?

Not always. A suitable air cooler can be quiet, reliable and effective. Higher-power processors, compact cases, sustained heavy workloads or a particular noise and appearance goal may make a larger air cooler or liquid cooler more appropriate. Compatibility and radiator fit must be checked.

What resolution should I play at?

Use your monitor's native resolution where practical. 1080p is easier to drive at high frame rates, 1440p balances sharpness and performance, and 4K needs substantially more graphics power. The best choice depends on screen size, refresh rate, games and budget.

What FPS should I target?

Target FPS should match the game and monitor. Around 60 FPS is a common smooth target for cinematic or slower games, while competitive players often value 120 FPS, 144 FPS or more. Stable frame times and 1% Low performance can matter as much as a high average.

What PC do I need for 1080p?

Choose for the games and refresh rate you want, not resolution alone. A Respawn Entry or Budget build can be a good starting point for 1080p, while demanding games, ultra settings or a high-refresh monitor may need a stronger graphics card and processor.

What PC do I need for 1440p?

For 1440p, start with a Mid Range recommendation for the games you actually play. Then check its benchmark guidance at your preferred quality settings and monitor refresh rate, as 1440p puts more work on the graphics card.

What PC do I need for 4K?

4K is demanding and usually benefits from a High End graphics card, balanced processor, sufficient memory and suitable cooling and power. Results vary sharply by game and settings, so use game-specific guidance rather than assuming every 4K workload is the same.

Can I upgrade my PC later?

Usually, but every upgrade depends on motherboard support, power, cooling, case clearance, connectors and the existing parts. Contact Respawn PCs before buying an upgrade if you want compatibility or warranty guidance.

What parts are most important for gaming?

The graphics card is often the main performance driver at higher resolutions, while the processor matters for high frame rates, simulation and CPU-heavy games. RAM capacity, fast storage, cooling and a suitable power supply support the whole system. Balance matters more than one headline part.

How do Respawn PCs benchmarks work?

Where we have test data, our product and game pages show the game, settings, resolution and expected performance. You may see Average FPS, 1% Low or an FPS range. Treat those figures as a guide rather than a promise, because updates, drivers, maps, servers, settings and your final configuration can all change performance.

Can Respawn PCs recommend a build for specific games?

Yes. Open PCs by Game for published game guides, or send a Custom PC request with your main games, resolution, FPS target and budget for a tailored recommendation.

How do I request a custom PC?

Head to Custom PCs and tell us your budget, what you will use the PC for, your resolution and target frame rate, plus your three main games. You can also share any brand or style preferences. A real person will review it and recommend a build.

Account

Account Help

Help with registration, sign-in, account details, addresses and privacy requests.

Browse all topics
How do I create an account?

Open My Account and choose Register, or use the Register button in the site header. Enter your details, choose a password, accept the required terms and submit the form. You must then verify the email address before normal sign-in.

How do I verify my email address?

After registration, Respawn PCs emails a six-digit verification code. Enter it on the verification screen within 15 minutes. A correct code verifies the account and signs you in.

I have not received my verification email. What should I do?

Check spam or junk folders and confirm the address was entered correctly. Return to the registration verification screen and choose resend to receive a fresh code. Contact support if repeated attempts do not arrive.

How do I log in?

Open My Account or the Login button in the header, enter the verified account email or username and password, then choose Log in. Unverified accounts must complete email verification first.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Use Lost your password? on the login page. Enter the account email address or username, then follow the secure reset link sent by WooCommerce.

My password reset email has not arrived. What should I do?

Check spam or junk folders, allow a few minutes and make sure you used the email linked to the account. Request one fresh reset email rather than repeatedly submitting the form. Contact support if it still does not arrive.

How do I change my password?

Sign in, open Account details and use the Change password fields. Enter the current password, the new password twice and save changes. Use the password-reset flow instead if you do not know the current password.

How do I change my email address?

Sign in, open Account details, replace the email address and save. Future account and order messages use the updated address; changing the account email does not rewrite the address stored on an existing order.

How do I update my name or telephone number?

Update your first and last name under Account details. The telephone number used for checkout is part of your billing address, so edit the Billing address under Addresses. Existing orders keep the details submitted at checkout unless support changes them before dispatch.

How do I update my billing address?

Sign in, open Addresses and edit Billing address. This saves the details for future checkouts. It does not automatically alter an order that has already been placed.

How do I update my delivery address?

Sign in, open Addresses and edit Delivery address. This changes saved details for future orders only. Contact support immediately if an order already placed needs a delivery-address correction.

Where can I view my orders?

If you placed the order while signed in, open Orders in My Account and select View beside it for products, totals, status, addresses, build progress and tracking information where available. Guest orders are confirmed and updated by email and may not appear inside My Account.

Why can I not see an order in my account?

An order may not appear if it was placed as a guest, placed with a different email address, imported or not linked to the account. Check the confirmation email first. If you still need help, contact support with the order number, your name, billing postcode and the email address used at checkout so we can check it safely.

Can I place an order without an account?

Yes. Guest checkout is available, so you can place an order without creating an account. Enter your contact, billing and delivery details at checkout and use an email address you can access for order confirmations and updates. Creating an account is optional and makes it easier to view future account-linked orders and manage saved details.

Why has my account been locked?

We may temporarily restrict access after suspicious activity or repeated failed sign-in attempts. Stop retrying, reset your password and check for any security emails. Contact support if you still cannot get in. We will never ask you for your password.

How do I sign out of other devices?

There is not currently a Sign out all devices button. If you are worried about another session, change your password straight away, sign out of the device you are using and contact support so we can review the account. Never send anyone your password.

How do I manage marketing preferences?

Use the unsubscribe link in a Respawn PCs marketing email, or open Account privacy and submit Stop marketing emails. Transactional messages such as order, delivery, security and support emails may still be sent where needed.

How do I request a copy of my personal data?

Sign in, open Account privacy, choose Request a copy of my data and submit the form. Respawn PCs may need to verify your identity and usually responds within one month.

How do I request account closure or data deletion?

Open Account privacy, choose Delete my account and submit the request, or contact support. This is a review request, not instant deletion. Respawn PCs may need to retain limited order, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, warranty, dispute, security or legal records.

What happens to my orders if I close my account?

Account access may be closed or personal data erased where applicable, but order and related records may be retained for accounting, tax, warranty, fraud-prevention, disputes or legal obligations. The Privacy Policy says order records may be kept for up to seven years.

How do I contact Respawn PCs about a privacy request?

Use the Account privacy form, email support@respawnpcs.co.uk or call 0121 663 1114. Include enough information to identify the account, but never send your password or full card details.

05

Delivery

Delivery

Where we deliver, when orders leave us, tracking, packaging and courier problems.

Browse all topics
Where does Respawn PCs deliver?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international delivery, and an order placed with a non-UK delivery address may need to be cancelled and refunded.

How much does delivery cost?

The available delivery options and any charge are shown at checkout before payment. Cost can depend on the product, order size, courier, address and selected service. Standard delivery may be free where the checkout clearly says so.

When will my order be dispatched?

We usually dispatch built-to-order PCs, available peripherals and Build Drops PCs within 5 to 7 working days. A Custom PC can take longer depending on its specification, parts availability, testing and any agreed changes. Dates are estimates unless we confirm one in writing.

What counts as a working day?

Working days usually means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We may use Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, UPS, Evri or another suitable courier. The service depends on the parcel size, value, product type, destination and availability.

Will my delivery need a signature?

A PC delivery may require a signature. Respawn PCs does not recommend leaving PCs or monitors unattended. Choosing a safe place, neighbour or redirection may affect what can be done if the parcel is lost, damaged or stolen.

Can I collect my order?

We do not currently offer customer collection. Orders must use one of the available delivery options unless we agree something different in writing.

What should I do with the PC packaging?

Check for and remove any clearly marked internal transit packaging before switching the PC on. Keep the outer and internal packaging for a reasonable period because it may be needed for a safe return, inspection or courier claim.

What happens if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Contact support immediately. Incorrect details, missed attempts or courier changes can cause delay, return or extra charges where legally permitted. Respawn PCs may need to wait for the parcel to return before arranging another delivery or refund.

What should I send when reporting a delivery problem?

Provide the order number, name, delivery postcode, contact details and a clear explanation. For damage or missing contents, keep all packaging and include photos of the box, labels and item.

06

Returns

Returns & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns, custom builds, item condition and when refunds arrive.

Browse all topics
How do I request a return or refund?

Contact support before sending anything back. Tell us what you are returning and why, and include your order number and contact details. Photos, videos or diagnostic information help with faults and damage. We will then give you the correct return instructions and address.

What is the change-of-mind period?

For eligible online orders, you have 14 days from delivery to say that you want to cancel. After giving notice, you then have another 14 days to send the item back. Product exclusions and the condition rules still apply.

Can I return a custom or built-to-order PC because I changed my mind?

A PC built or customised to your chosen specification may not qualify for a change-of-mind return once the build has started, unless it is faulty, not as described or Respawn PCs agrees otherwise. This does not remove your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Can I return a standard prebuilt PC?

A standard prebuilt PC that was not customised is normally treated as standard goods for an eligible change-of-mind return, provided the request is in time and the PC is returned complete and in acceptable condition.

Can I return a keyboard, mouse, headset, monitor or accessory?

Eligible items must be returned complete with accessories, cables, manuals, adapters, free items and original packaging where reasonably possible. Headsets and similar items must be clean and in a reasonable condition; excessive use, damage, missing parts or hygiene issues may reduce or prevent a refund where lawful.

Can software or a Windows activation be refunded?

Software, digital licences, activation keys and Windows activations may be non-refundable once supplied, revealed, redeemed, installed or activated, unless faulty, not as described or the law requires otherwise.

Who pays return postage?

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for safe return and postage unless Respawn PCs agrees otherwise or the law requires otherwise. For an accepted fault, Respawn PCs handles return costs in line with your legal rights. Always get instructions first.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are normally issued within 14 days of Respawn PCs receiving the returned item, or evidence that it was sent back where applicable. A refund may be held until the item or evidence is received. Bank, card, Klarna or other provider processing time may then apply.

What condition must a return be in?

Return the item complete and in reasonable condition with accessories, packaging, protective materials and bundle items. Handling beyond normal inspection, damage, modification, overclocking, missing parts or poor return packaging may reduce or prevent a refund where legally permitted.

Can I cancel before dispatch?

Contact support immediately. Cancellation is possible before dispatch if the build has not started. If parts were ordered, work began, software was activated or the item was customised, cancellation may be refused or reasonable costs deducted where legally permitted.

07

Payments

Payments & Finance

Cards, digital wallets, Klarna, failed payments and refunds.

Browse all topics
Which payment methods are available?

You can usually pay by card through Stripe. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna may also appear when your device, browser and account are eligible. The options shown at checkout are the ones available for that order.

Is PayPal available?

No, we do not currently accept PayPal.

Does Respawn PCs store my card details?

No. We do not store your full card details on the Respawn PCs website. The payment provider handles those details and authorises the payment. We may keep the payment status, method, transaction reference and records needed for fraud checks or refunds.

How does Klarna Pay in 3 work?

Klarna may offer an instalment option at checkout for eligible customers. Klarna controls approval, payment dates, affordability or credit checks, limits, fees and late-payment rules under its own terms. Respawn PCs is not a lender and cannot guarantee approval.

Why is Klarna not showing or why was I declined?

Klarna is shown only where available and eligible. Approval is decided by Klarna using its own criteria. For a finance account, repayment or eligibility question, contact Klarna; contact Respawn PCs when the issue concerns the product, order, delivery, return or refund.

Why can I not see Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Apple Pay and Google Pay only appear on supported devices and browsers with a compatible wallet already set up. If a wallet button is missing, standard card payment may still be available. You can also try the device or browser you normally use with that wallet.

When is payment taken?

Payment is required in full at checkout before Respawn PCs orders parts, allocates stock, prepares the build or processes the order, unless a third-party payment method applies its own approved schedule.

My payment failed or is pending. What should I do?

Read the checkout or order message, check the billing details and contact the card, bank or finance provider if authorisation failed. Do not assume an order is accepted until payment is confirmed. Contact Respawn PCs if an order exists but its status is unclear.

How are refunds paid?

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. The bank, card issuer, Stripe, Klarna or wallet provider may need additional processing time. With finance or instalments, the provider may apply the refund to the plan or balance under its own terms.

Are prices shown in pounds and do they include VAT?

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless we say otherwise. Our Terms & Conditions do not currently list a VAT number. If you need VAT information for an order, contact us before buying. The total shown at checkout is the amount to review before you place the order.

Custom PCs

Custom PCs

How to upgrade one of our starting builds or ask for something completely custom.

Browse all topics
What is the difference between customising a Gaming PC and requesting a Custom PC?

The PC Customiser starts from an existing Respawn Gaming PC and offers compatible upgrade options with a live configured price. The Custom PC request form is for a tailored recommendation based on your budget, games, resolution, FPS target, use and preferences.

How do I submit a Custom PC request?

Head to Custom PCs, fill in the build request form and send it to us. Our team will review what you need and come back with a tailored recommendation.

What information should I include?

Include your budget, main use, desired resolution, target frame rate, three main games, preferred brands, style or RGB preferences, parts you already want and whether you prefer email or a phone call.

Do I need to know every component?

No. Send the request even if you are unsure about parts, brands, resolution or FPS. The purpose of the form is to give Respawn PCs enough context to help fill those gaps.

Does submitting the form place an order?

No. It simply sends us the details we need to recommend a build. You only make a purchase after a build has been agreed and you complete an order through checkout.

How will Respawn PCs contact me?

The form lets you choose email, a phone call or either. Make sure the contact details are correct and include any useful deadlines or questions in the notes.

How quickly will I receive a recommendation?

We do not publish a fixed response time because a real person reviews each request. If it is urgent, or you need to add something important after sending the form, use the Support Centre.

Can I change a Custom PC request after submitting it?

Contact support with the name and email used on the request and explain the change. If it has already become a paid order, component changes may be limited once parts are ordered, allocated or the build has started.

Build Drops

Build Drops

How codewords, one-off PCs and five-minute reservations work.

Browse all topics
What is a Respawn Build Drop?

A Build Drop is a one-off PC featured in Respawn PCs content or a build video. Only one is available, At A promotional price. The first customer to complete checkout gets the PC.

Where do I find the Build Drop codeword?

The codeword appears in the content or build video associated with the drop. Watch the relevant content, then enter the codeword on the live Build Drops page.

Does entering the codeword reserve the PC?

No. The codeword opens the claim step, but it does not reserve the PC by itself. Your five-minute reservation starts only after the claim is accepted.

How long is a Build Drop reservation?

A reservation lasts five minutes and the timer cannot be refreshed. Complete checkout before it runs out or the PC can become available to someone else.

What happens if my reservation expires?

The hold ends and someone else can claim the PC. Refreshing the page will not restart the timer.

Can more than one customer buy the same drop?

No. There is only one PC in each Build Drop, and the reservation and checkout checks stop a second customer from completing the same purchase.

How is a Build Drop priced?

Every Build Drop is offered At A promotional price. You will see the exact price on the live drop and again at checkout before confirming the order.

Can I use Klarna for a Build Drop?

Klarna Pay in 3 may be available at checkout, subject to eligibility and Klarna's terms. Availability and approval are not guaranteed, and checkout still has to complete within the active reservation window.

Can I return a Build Drop or get support if it is faulty?

Build Drops remain covered by statutory rights for faults. Because each is a limited one-off product, a refund may be reduced or refused where legally permitted if it is damaged, modified, incomplete or used beyond reasonable inspection. Contact support before returning anything.

When is a Build Drop dispatched?

We usually dispatch a Build Drop PC within 5 to 7 working days after payment clears, although we aim to send it sooner where possible. We will email the tracking details when they are available.
